KumaonHub ki services use karne se pehle yeh terms zaroor padhein. Yeh aapke aur humhare beech ki samajh ko clearly define karta hai.

KumaonHub Kausani, Uttarakhand se ek local platform hai. Hum tea, hotel booking aur cab services directly provide karte hain — bina kisi middleman ke. Yeh terms in teeno services pe laagu hoti hain.
1. Terms ki Swikarti
KumaonHub (kumaonhub.in) ka use karke aap yeh terms accept karte hain. Agar aap in terms se agree nahi karte, toh please humari services use na karein. Yeh terms Kausani, Bageshwar, Uttarakhand se operate hone wale KumaonHub platform par laagu hoti hain.
2. Humari Services
KumaonHub teen services provide karta hai:
- 🍵 Tea & Local Products — Direct order, Speed Post delivery PAN India
- 🏨 Hotel Booking — Kausani mein partner hotels ka direct booking
- 🚗 Cab Booking — Verified local drivers ke saath cab service
Yeh ek marketplace platform hai. Hotel aur cab services ke liye hum sirf booking facilitate karte hain — actual service third-party providers (hotels/drivers) dete hain.
3. Booking Process
WhatsApp Booking
Hamari saari bookings WhatsApp ke zariye hoti hain. Booking tab confirm mani jaayegi jab hum WhatsApp pe confirmation message bhejein. Sirf request bhejne se booking confirm nahi hoti.
Payment
Payment UPI ke zariye hogi. Hotel bookings mein 30% advance liya jaata hai — baaki check-in pe. Tea orders mein full payment pehle karni hogi. Cab booking mein payment trip ke baad hoti hai.
Confirmation
Booking confirmation WhatsApp pe milegi. Agar 2 ghante mein koi response nahi aata, toh dobara message karein ya call karein.
4. Tea & Products — Niyam
- Sab products Kausani, Uttarakhand se directly bheje jaate hain — Speed Post ke zariye
- Delivery time 5-10 business days hoti hai (remote areas mein zyada lag sakta hai)
- Product images representative hain — actual packaging thodi alag ho sakti hai
- Fresh stock ensure kiya jaata hai — shelf life details product page pe hain
- Bulk orders (1kg+) ke liye pehle WhatsApp pe confirm karein — stock available hona chahiye
Refund / Return
Agar product damaged ya incorrect aaye toh delivery ke 48 ghante ke andar photo ke saath WhatsApp karein. Hum replacement ya refund denge. Change of mind returns accept nahi hote.
5. Hotel Booking — Niyam
- Hotel booking KumaonHub ke through hai — actual stay hotel provide karta hai
- 30% advance non-refundable hai agar 48 ghante se kam notice mein cancel ho
- Check-in / Check-out time hotel ki policy ke hisaab se hogi
- Room availability confirm hone ke baad hi payment karein
- KumaonHub hotel ki service quality ke liye directly responsible nahi hai
Cancellation Policy
Check-in se 48 ghante pehle cancel karein — full refund milega. 48 ghante se kam notice mein 30% advance forfeit hoga. No-show pe koi refund nahi milega.
6. Cab Booking — Niyam
- Cab fare estimated hai — final fare driver se confirm karein
- Pahadi routes mein extra charges lag sakte hain (toll, parking, night charges)
- Driver ki safety instructions follow karni hongi — mountain roads pe driver ka decision final hoga
- Luggage limit driver se pehle confirm karein
- Wait charges applicable honge agar passenger time pe ready nahi hoga
Cancellation
Trip se 2 ghante pehle cancel karein toh koi charge nahi. Driver route pe nikal jaaye toh cancellation charge lagega. Emergency mein call karein.
Safety
Pahadi routes pe driver ka anubhav sabse zaroori hai. Kisi bhi unsafe situation mein driver ko rok sakte hain. Road conditions ke hisaab se route change ho sakta hai.
7. Pricing aur Charges
Website pe diye gaye prices indicative hain aur bina notice ke change ho sakte hain. Final price WhatsApp pe confirm hoga. Peak season (April-June, October-November) mein hotel prices badh sakti hain.
KumaonHub hotel bookings pe 10% service fee aur cab bookings pe 10% commission leta hai — yeh alag se charge nahi hota, already price mein included hai.
8. Liability Limitation
KumaonHub ek facilitator platform hai. Hum in cheezoan ke liye responsible nahi hain:
- Hotel ke andar ki service quality ya cleanliness
- Cab accident ya road incident (driver ki apni insurance hoti hai)
- Delivery delays jo Speed Post ya natural calamity ki wajah se hon
- Weather ya road conditions ki wajah se trip cancellation
- Force majeure events (floods, landslides, bandh)
9. User Conduct
Humari services use karte waqt aap agree karte hain ki aap:
- Sahi aur accurate information denge
- Drivers aur hotel staff ke saath respectful rahenge
- Fraudulent booking attempt nahi karenge
- Fake reviews ya misinformation nahi phailayenge
10. Intellectual Property
KumaonHub website ka content, design, logo aur text humara intellectual property hai. Bina permission ke copy, reproduce ya commercial use nahi kar sakte.
11. Governing Law
Yeh terms Uttarakhand, India ke laws ke under governed hongi. Koi bhi dispute Bageshwar, Uttarakhand jurisdiction mein settle hoga.
12. Terms mein Changes
Hum kabhi bhi in terms ko update kar sakte hain. Updated terms is page pe publish hongi. Services ka continued use updated terms ki acceptance maani jaayegi.
